Three Options for a Small Savannah
Wedding at The Kehoe House

Brimming with romance and Southern charm, the intimate Kehoe House provides the perfect accommodations for dream-come-true Savannah weddings and romantic elopements. 

The Kehoe House is pleased to offer three options for your wedding: 

Whole-House Package:  a whole-house accommodations package which includes 13 guest rooms and The Kehoe Loft for your reception (ceremony must be held off-site).  Rates for a whole-house package start at $3,000 per night with a two-night stay required.

Third Floor Package: a 4-guest room and reception area package (ceremony can be held on-site).  Rates for the third floor package start at $900 per night with a two-night stay required.

The Elopement Package for just the two of you (ceremony can be held on-site).  The Elopement Package is $1,199.

Whole-House Savannah Wedding Accommodation Package:

Suitable for up to 26 Guests in 13 Guest Rooms

Reserve our elegant inn in its entirety for your wedding party to enjoy during their time in Savannah. Your guests will enjoy the shared privacy and privilege of all 13 guest rooms, as well as our first floor double parlor, music room, and the Kehoe Loft.   A "whole-house" rental includes all site rental fees and accommodations for up to 26 over-night guests (based on double occupancy). A Whole-House Rental for Your Wedding Includes: 

• Private use of the entire house, which includes and 13 guest rooms suitable for up to 26 guests. A description of all room types can be found on our Rooms Page.
• Private and exclusive usage of the Parlor and Music Room. 
• Private and exclusive usage of The Kehoe Loft, which is suitable for your small wedding reception for up to 50 guests.
• The Whole House Rental rate includes accommodation for up to 26 guests, a full Southern gourmet breakfast each morning, a selection of afternoon wine and hors d'oeuvres from 5-7 pm and homemade sweets and coffee from 8-10 pm.

Third-Floor Savannah Wedding Accommodation Package:

Suitable for Up to 8 Guests in 4 Guest Rooms

Reserve the entire third floor and The Kehoe Loft (located on the 4th floor) for your very small Savannah wedding.  Your guests will enjoy the top half of the hotel, as well as non-private use of our first floor double parlor, music room, and exclusive use of the Kehoe Loft. The "Third Floor and Loft" rental includes all site rental fees and accommodations for up to 8 over-night guests (based on double occupancy). 

The Third-Floor Rental for Your Small Wedding Includes:

• Private use of the top half of the hotel, which includes and 4 guest rooms suitable for up to 8 guests. A description of all room types can be found on our Rooms Page.
• Non-Private usage of the Parlor and Music Room. There will be up to 18 additional in-house guests using the downstairs public areas for breakfast, cordials and desserts.
• Private and exclusive usage of The Kehoe Loft, which is suitable for your small wedding reception for up to 50 guests.
• The Third Floor rental rate includes accommodation for up to 8 guests, a full Southern gourmet breakfast each morning, a selection of afternoon wine and hors d'oeuvres from 5-7 pm as well as homemade sweets and coffee from 8-10 pm.

"Ceremony for Two" Elopement Package

When it's a ceremony for two, you could not imagine an easier wedding.  The Kehoe House will take care of the ceremony location, your flowers, the cake, the champagne, the officiate and carriage ride.  All you need to do is take care of your marriage license!  Learn More

With 1,200 square-feet of space, The Kehoe House loft has ample room for 50 friends and family members to enjoy a reception after your ceremony.  We invite you to hire the caterer or wedding event planner of your choice, or we are happy to make recommendations for vendors who are familiar with our establishment.

Where to Have Your Ceremony:

Nearby Churches & Sites for Savannah Weddings

If your wedding party is more than just a few guests, we recommend a location off-site for your ceremony.  We will be happy to put you in touch with wedding professionals who can assist you in finding a church or square for your wedding.

• Savannah's skyline is speckled with some of the nation's oldest houses of worship. Contact these houses of worship directly to determine eligibility and availability for your wedding ceremony.
• There are also several lovely outdoor gardens and squares nearby.  Contact City of Savannah Leisure Services at 912-351-3837 to inquire about reserving Columbia Square (located in front of The Kehoe House) or other public areas for your ceremony.
• The Davenport House is next door to The Kehoe House, and offers a beautiful wedding ceremony location in their garden.  Call 912-236-8097 to inquire about rental.
• Tybee Island, Savannah's beaches are located just 16.5 easy miles from the Kehoe House.

For The Bride and Groom

The Johnny Mercer Honeymoon Room

With an exceptional view from a private and a shared veranda, the Johnny Mercer Room is considered the finest room at The Kehoe House. Located at the front of the house on the second floor, the room is reserved by guests wanting an unforgettable experience in Savannah. The room is sophisticated and romantic—with hardwood floors, chandelier, cool and crisp white linens, and a uniquely curtained sitting area. It's a room for new beginnings, celebrations, and memories.   We highly recommend it for the Bride & Groom's guest room. 

* This guest room is located on the Inn's second floor, and is not included with the Third-Floor Wedding Package.  We suggest adding this guest room to your Third Floor Package if you need more than four guest rooms. 

It's fitting that this Suite is named after Johnny Mercer, Savannah's master lyricist best known for his award-winning song, "Moon River," featured so famously in the classic film Breakfast at Tiffany's starring Audrey Hepburn.
